About the Role:

As Finfare continues to scale, we are looking for a Business Systems Analyst who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations. You will play a key role in ensuring our card products and platform scale reliably and efficiently to meet the needs of our growing customer base. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll partner with product managers, engineers, data teams, and external partners to drive programs that enhance:

  • Developer efficiency and velocity
  • Platform scalability and reliability
  • Engineering and operational excellence
  • Incident response and customer impact resolution
  • Internal tooling and system quality across environments

This role is ideal for someone who is an equal parts systems thinker, project driver, and technical collaborator—and who’s excited by the opportunity to shape the processes behind a modern fintech infrastructure company. This role has the opportunity to grow into senior for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional technical programs that deliver on key engineering and product
  • objectives
  • Develop timelines, define ownership, and drive execution across initiatives tied toFinfare’s card platform, infrastructure, and integrations
  • Partner with engineering leadership to define scalable, reliable systems and support development processes that accelerate velocity without compromising quality
  • Own and improve program visibility and reporting—ensuring the right metrics are in place to track progress, velocity, estimation accuracy, and incident response performance
  • Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Business Systems teams to execute regulatory, security, and enterprise customer initiatives
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and build project frameworks that help teams focus on outcomes
  • Communicate roadmaps, blockers, risks, and wins clearly and proactively to stakeholders across the company
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands

  • This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sitting, lifting (≤25 pounds), finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity.

Work Environment

  • Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
  • Somewhat quiet but can be boisterous at times.
  • Attire is business casual

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical program management, technical product ownership, or engineering operations
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in a high-growth environment
  • Understanding of software system architecture, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and DevOps practices
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into executable project plans and deliverables
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills—comfortable working with
  • leadership, external partners, and engineers alike
  • Experience in or deep curiosity about fintech, cards, embedded payments, or financial infrastructure
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in B2B fintech or card issuing
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Confluence, and GitHub
  • Experience building systems or tools that optimize developer workflows or cross-
  • functional collaboration
  • Background in compliance-heavy environments or regulated financial products

Compensation

The compensation for this role is 110k-130k (depending on experience and on location)
