About the Role
We’re seeking a Marketing & Creative Lead to take ownership of our digital marketing and brand execution across paid, owned, and social channels. Please note this is a fully on-site, contract to hire role with some potential to convert to FTE. This is a strategic and hands-on role for a senior marketer who can think in performance metrics and design pixels alike. You’ll be responsible for building and executing full-funnel digital marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and brand authority, while also concepting and producing the visual and written assets that bring them to life. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, growth,and design to ensure a unified and impactful customer journey. Responsibilities
- Acquisition Strategy & Digital Execution: Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across paid search, display, paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, etc.), and owned channels
- Drive growth-focused campaigns for customer acquisition, product adoption, and remarketing
- Define and track performance KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) and lead a test-and-learn approach to continuous improvement
- Creative Leadership & Asset Production: Develop the creative concepts, visuals, and copy for marketing campaigns—ad creative, landing pages, video snippets, emails, and more
- Translate brand positioning into bold, consistent, and high-performing creative assets
- Ensure visual design and messaging are aligned across all external touchpoints
- Brand Growth & Cross-Functional Alignment: Elevate brand presence through both direct-response and awareness-building campaign
- Partner with product and design teams to ensure messaging and visuals align across the customer journey, including product marketing
- Act as the internal advocate for creative consistency, voice, and tone
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing and creative production, preferably in a B2B, SaaS, or fintech environment
- Proven success owning digital acquisition channels and optimizing campaigns based on KPIs
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates design and copy execution for paid and organic campaigns
- Proficiency in creative tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite) and marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strategic thinker with the ability to roll up your sleeves and execute
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work 5 days on-site in our Irvine, CA headquarters.
Bonus Points
- Experience with product marketing or supporting go-to-market launches
- Comfort with lightweight video editing and motion graphics
- Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Notion, or Mixpanel
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 (depending on experience).
