About The Team:
Security & Trust Products Unit is protecting 2,500+ organizations against advanced cybercrime and nation-state threat actors in the digital assets space. Our security solutions provide end-to-end security for highest standards of compliance, platform security, onchain protection, and security posture. 

With a threat landscape that is ever-evolving, the DeFi Security team builds state-of-the-art tools that protect customers from Web3 wallet draining operations, malicious smart contracts and Web3 phishing apps.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of talented developers, setting technical direction and providing mentorship to foster professional growth and inspire innovative solutions.
• Create and launch advanced threat detection solutions to address institutional wallet risks in Web3 and DeFi.
• Drive the strategy and development of innovative solutions to safeguard digital assets in an evolving threat landscape.
• Play a strategic role in influencing and advocating for the integration of new security technologies and protocols across our infrastructure.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, leading workshops and presentations to share insights and innovations within the organization.
• Partner with strategic customers and the Fireblocks sales team to ensure the product meets real-world needs.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience as an R&D team lead - must
• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in software engineering at a cybersecurity company - must
• Experience in Full-Stack development with Node.js, TypeScript and ReactJS building scalable applications in a cloud environment - highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in designing and implementing backend services, RESTful APIs, and integrating cloud-native solutions
• Extensive background and experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on threat detection methodologies, tools, and techniques
