About The Team

The Subscription Platform team at Fireblocks is responsible for building and optimizing the infrastructure that powers our monetization engine. This team plays a crucial role in enabling scalable, frictionless purchasing experiences and delivering enterprise-grade billing, usage tracking, and entitlement management. By partnering closely with Engineering, Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success, the team drives key revenue growth initiatives while ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of institutional blockchain customers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fireblocks’ end-to-end subscription platform.
• Design and implement a unified monetization stack—including product catalog, real-time usage metering, automated billing, payments, and entitlements.
• Deliver seamless purchasing experiences across self-serve and sales-assisted flows, optimizing for speed, scalability, and enterprise standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to launch features that enhance customer value, unlock new business models, and grow revenue.
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and feedback to inform product direction and exceed customer expectations.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, iterating based on insights to meet strategic business objectives.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Proven success as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  Strong technical proficiency and ability to work closely with engineering on complex platform challenges.
• Experience with platform or infrastructure product development—especially subscription, billing, or commerce systems—is a plus.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI concepts and practical integration into product workflows.
• Exceptional product sense with a track record of delivering intuitive, user-centric solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
