Senior Product Analyst

About the team:

Join a global data team focused on delivering impactful insights and driving strategic initiatives across Fireblocks. As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping data-informed decisions by applying your expertise in data modeling, analysis, and effective communication. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, where you'll manage multiple initiatives and collaborate closely with analysts, product teams, and business stakeholders while working with advanced technologies, including AI-driven tools and systems.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with stakeholders to define clear KPIs that reflect both product health and performance as well as company goals.
• Translate business needs into actionable analytical solutions through close collaboration with cross-functional teams. 
• Work with Data Engineers and AI specialists to build scalable, consistent data models that enable deeper insights, including applications such as ranking systems, customer segmentation, and agent-driven automation. 
• Perform thorough data analysis to uncover trends, inform strategy, and deliver recommendations that enhance growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency. 
• Present insights in a clear and professional manner to support decision-making across the organization.
  
  

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, ideally within a product company, with the ability to independently lead end-to-end analytical initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including statistical methods, predictive modeling, and high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build scalable data models and work cross-functionally, supporting business units with data-driven insights, including the use of AI-driven tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau -advantage).
• Background in fintech or financial services -advantage.
• Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to work independently as part of a global team.
