Join our team to help build and manage secure, compliant, and privacy-respecting systems that ensure our clients’ success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales Teams: Work closely with our sales organization to address customer security, compliance, and privacy needs, responding to questionnaires, conducting audits, and participating in customer and prospect calls.
- Build and Grow Security Programs: Develop and expand a program dedicated to meeting and anticipating customer security, compliance, and privacy requirements.
- Develop Expertise in Fireworks AI Products: Cultivate deep expertise in the features of Fireworks AI products and infrastructure, becoming the subject matter expert on security and compliance aspects.
- Train and Educate: Lead the education and training efforts for Fireworks AI’s sales team, ensuring they understand and can communicate our security, compliance, and privacy posture.
- Create Valuable Security Assets: Own and create critical security and compliance documentation, including websites, white papers, FAQs, and other resources that address customer and internal needs.
- Contract Review & Advisory: Review and provide guidance on security clauses in customer contracts, ensuring that our security, compliance, and privacy posture is accurately reflected.
- Support Compliance Audits: Assist with compliance audits where applicable, ensuring we meet necessary standards and certifications.
Minimum Qualifications::
- Bachelors Degree in Information Security, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in compliance or information security policy.
- Familiarity with one or more compliance frameworks, such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, or others.
- You’ve partnered closely with sales teams, understand the sales process, and are comfortable interacting with customer-facing teams.
- You are knowledgeable about the privacy landscape and regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant standards.
- You can manage multiple tasks and high-priority projects, with a proven ability to streamline processes and deliver high-quality metrics.
- You are a skilled communicator who can translate complex concepts into clear, consumable language for diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the minimum qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting customer-facing teams is a plus.
- Experience with tools like SIEM, RFP tools
