The Role:

Are you a data-driven growth marketer with deep experience orchestrating digital campaigns that scale? As Director of Growth Marketing, you'll own the strategy and execution of performance-driven programs that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue. Your focus will be on digital campaigns across the funnel, primarily through HubSpot and other tools in our modern GTM tech stack. You’ll partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Web, and RevOps to design and execute end-to-end digital programs: from high-intent nurture flows and multi-touch sequences to product-led onboarding and account-based campaigns. 

As one of the initial marketing team, you’ll get to make your mark in defining the overall marketing strategy and motion in a highly dynamic market. This role is initially an individual contributor role, with scope to lead teams as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create. Design and lead digital marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline, activation, and expansion across self-serve and enterprise segments
  • Build. Build and scale digital growth and campaign activities to include:
    • Experimentation and optimization of digital tactics across channels including website, paid media, lifecycle email, webinars, and content syndication
    • Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Web, and RevOps to ensure tight alignment on goals, workflows, and handoffs
    • Digital campaigns to support and accelerate sales pipeline including direct, ABM, and digital events channels
  • Execute. Plan, and automate our campaign designs with continuous monitoring and optimization in mind
  • Measure. Measure and report performance across funnel metrics appropriate to the marketing motion, using all available data storytelling to surface insights
  • Repeat. Build a repeatable playbook of activities for campaign execution, experimentation, and iteration

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years owning digital and growth campaigns
  • Proven expertise in HubSpot (workflow creation, segmentation, scoring, integrations, reporting)
  • Experience running ABM and PLG campaigns with clear results
  • Strong analytical mindset: comfortable owning metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to architect complex campaigns that span audience segments and buyer journeys
  • Demonstrated “builder” mentality: self-motivation, excels at establishing processes, scaling programs, and bringing ideas to life
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication and influencing skills
  • Ability frequently travel for on-site event coordination
  • Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to excellence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Success in building digital programs that directly impact revenue
  • Demonstrated remarkable creativity and thinking to deliver impactful, memorable messages 
  • Data storytelling skills to surface business impact and guide future investments
  • Excellence in communication skills across all levels of the business
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of Marketing AI use cases

Total compensation for this role also includes meaningful equity in a fast-growing startup, along with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Base salary is determined by a range of factors including individual qualifications, experience, skills, interview performance, market data, and work location. The listed salary range is intended as a guideline and may be adjusted.

Base Pay Range (Plus Equity)

$175,000 - $220,000 USD
