Role Overview: 
We’re looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Insurance Compliance Specialist to help enhance and manage the compliance infrastructure for our growing network of agencies and carrier partners. You’ll be instrumental in making sure our licensing, appointment, and operational compliance processes are strong, scalable, and ready for growth. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Develop and maintain multi-state compliance tracking across agencies and carrier partners 
  • Own NPN and license verification workflows to ensure real-time compliance 
  • Navigate and leverage platforms like NIPR, Sircon, and state DOI systems daily 
  • Ensure documentation and data accuracy across CRM and other internal tools 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously refine our compliance framework 
  • Work in tandem with our Partnership Operations Team 
  • Draft and maintain internal and agent-facing process documentation 
  • Reviewing Errors & Omissions policies of agencies to confirm validity and compliance 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • 2+ years of experience in insurance licensing, compliance, or agency operations 
  • Strong familiarity with NIPR, Sircon, and a wide range of state DOI websites and portals 
  • Experience working in or with fast-paced startups or high-growth companies 
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) and comfort working with digital tools 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multi-step workflows 
  • A self-starter mindset — you don’t wait to be told what needs fixing, you spot it and own it 
  • Flexibility and grit — this isn’t a traditional 9-to-5; we’re building something new, and fast 
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and opportunities come quickly

The base pay range for the role is $60,000 - $65,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, location, business needs and market demands.
