Partnership Experience Manager

The Role:
We’re hiring a Partnership Experience Manager to lead and enhance the day-to-day operational experience for our national and Insurtech partners. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at the core of our partner ecosystem. You’ll help optimize how we launch, service, and scale carrier and partner relationships ensuring partners feel supported and empowered to grow alongside us.
What You’ll Do:
- Own appointment access, onboarding and operational workflows for new and existing carrier and MGA partners
- Build and maintain internal processes that support fast, seamless appointments and activations
- Lead initiatives to improve partner communication, documentation, and integration with our platform
- Attend and represent First Connect in partner-facing operational meetings often multiple per week
- Field partner requests, track clerical updates, and ensure follow-through on internal tasks
- Maintain clean, organized partnership data in HubSpot and other internal tools
- Champion a great partner experience — from first touch to full-scale distribution
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years in insurance operations, carrier/MGA onboarding, and/or partner management
- Familiarity with appointment flows, licensing structures, and agency distribution models
- Strong CRM experience required (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong coordination, project ownership, and communication skills
- Experience working in or with startups or fast-moving teams
- A self-starter mindset! You don’t wait to be told what needs fixing, you spot it and own it

The base pay range for the role is $80,000 - $90,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, location, business needs and market demands.
