Role Overview:
We’re searching for an experienced and strategic Manager of Agency Success to lead and optimize our agency partnership programs. In this role, you’ll oversee the performance of our agency partners, build strong relationships, and ensure mutual success for both agencies and our business. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions, drive growth, and enhance the overall agency experience.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor a team of account managers, setting performance goals and providing ongoing coaching to enhance their capabilities.

Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.

Address escalations and promptly resolve issues to ensure agency satisfaction.

Develop and implement strategies to improve agency engagement, retention, and growth.

Identify opportunities to expand agency partnerships through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape to proactively adapt strategies.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success.

Analyze agency performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on account management program outcomes and initiatives.

Standardize workflows and processes to enhance the agency experience and ensure scalability.

Partner with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, and operations) to deliver tools and resources that empower the account management team.

Continuously refine program offerings based on feedback and performance insights.
What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
-
5+ years of experience in agency management, account management, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

Demonstrated success in driving growth through partnerships or client relationships.

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

Proficiency in CRM platforms and other relevant tools.

Licenses and/or Certifications: TDI P&C license and CPCU and/or CIC designation desirable.

The base pay range for the role is $100,000 - $120,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, location, business needs, and market demands.
