Role Overview:
This role sits at the heart of First Connect’s agent experience. Carrier access is our core value prop – it’s why agents come to us and how they grow their book of business. You’ll lead the vision, execution, and ongoing optimization of how agents qualify for, gain access to, and manage access with 130+ carriers – while meeting complex regulatory requirements and delivering world–class user experience.
This is a highly cross-functional role working with Product, Engineering, Design, and our US-based business team. The ideal candidate is structured, data-driven, impact-oriented, knowledgeable around marketplace dynamics, and excited to improve and scale complex workflows in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do:
Scale and Enhance Carrier Access Infrastructure
- Improve and expand dynamic carrier workflows used in 130+ end-to-end carrier processes
- Own the Carrier Store (central marketplace experience where agents discover and request access to carriers) to be more actionable, personalized, and clear
- Design agent experiences that clarify what’s needed next and reduce support dependency
- Ensure all flows are modular, scalable, and adaptable to carrier-specific requirements
Lead Product Compliance
- Own product compliance across onboarding, carrier access, and ongoing agent journey
- Define scalable infrastructure to meet regulatory needs across the US
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance rules are met without creating unnecessary friction
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Engineering and Design to build and ship high-quality features
- Coordinate across time zones with internal team and external partners to translate problem-areas and requirements into productized solutions
Drive Product Strategy & Impact
- Own the roadmap for carrier access and compliance experiences
- Define and track KPIs, and prioritize thoughtfully based on impact, scalability, compliance urgency, and UX feedback
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, marketplaces
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across time zones and functions
- Leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to output decisions
- Demonstrated experience working closely with engineering and driving technical products forward
- High ownership mindset – comfortable navigating ambiguity and pushing initiatives forward
- Based in Poland with flexibility to work partial overlap with US
- Fluent in English (C1) and Polish (C2)
