
Microsoft 365 Administrator
First National Bank of America is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join the IT Department. This role will support, maintain, and enhance the critical applications used by our Bank and clients. The Microsoft 365 Administrator is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, working across departments to resolve technical issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex IT matters for users at all technical levels. A results-driven, detail-oriented mindset is essential to uphold the high standards of quality and accuracy we maintain.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune)
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency
- Support application deployments, integrations, and troubleshooting
- Serve as a liaison between IT and business units to translate needs into system functionality
- Maintain documentation, workflows, and IT policies aligned with best practices
- Provide high-quality user support for escalated issues
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 and business productivity platforms
- Strong knowledge of business applications, IT systems, and support methodologies
- Experience with IT service management and change management frameworks
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities
- Proven ability to align technology with business goals
