
Customer Service Specialist - Online Branch
First National Bank of America’s Online Branch team is seeking a candidate who excels in accuracy, customer service, record-keeping, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment to fill our Customer Service Specialist role.
Location: On-Site at our East Lansing, MI location
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, messages, and phone calls
- Assist customers with opening accounts and Certificate of Deposits using our online platform
- Obtain customer signatures on necessary documents and forms
- Ensure strict compliance with banking regulations and procedures
- Maintain accurate customer accounts and profiles
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, courtesy, and customer service aptitude
- Jack Henry 20/20 core experience is a bonus
- Knowledge of deposit account opening regulations is a bonus
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a bonus
