Regional Clinic Director | Mentor. Lead. Grow.
About FirstSteps
The FirstSteps Team is inspired by the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential. To that end, our mission is twofold: to provide the best evidence-based, behavior analytic treatment to our children diagnosed with autism and related learning differences, and to offer a positive, collaborative, and dynamic work experience for our team. We are steadfastly committed to ongoing training and mentorship of our employees, always motivated to support the next generation of clinical leaders in our field and at FirstSteps. Our greatest reward is witnessing the rapid and joyful learning of our little ones and knowing that together, we are creating more happy days for the kids and families we serve.
What if your next leadership role gave you more access, not less, to great clinical work?
As a Regional Clinic Director, you’ll lead and mentor a talented clinical team while continuing to learn from experienced clinicians and leaders around you. You’ll have opportunities to attend conferences, participate in professional development, collaborate with distinguished behavior analysts, and stay connected to the clinical work that brought you here in the first place.
You’ll also play a key role in growing your region by building relationships in the community, connecting with families, and helping more children access quality ABA services.
Why You'll Love This Role
- Mentorship goes both ways: develop other clinicians while continuing to receive support and mentorship yourself
- Surround yourself with great clinicians: collaborate across teams and learn from experienced BCBAs and leaders
- Keep growing: access conferences, trainings, professional development, and opportunities to expand your leadership
- Stay clinically connected: maintain a reduced caseload while leading at a higher level
- Build something: actively develop community relationships and help connect new families with services
- Be part of a great culture: work alongside people who care deeply about clinical excellence, collaboration, and one another
You Bring
- Master’s degree and BCBA certification
- 3+ years of experience in a similar clinical leadership role
- A passion for mentorship and developing other clinicians
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- A collaborative, relationship-driven approach
Ready for a leadership role that gives you more opportunities to learn, lead, and make an impact? Come grow with us.
Salary Expectation:
- Depending on Experience: $100,000-110,000 Annual, plus significant ongoing clinical bonus opportunities
