Account Executive

New York, NY

The Role

First We Feast, the innovative media company and studio behind hit YouTube series like Hot Ones, The Burger Show, Heat Eaters, Pro Moves, Versus, and more is looking for an Account Executive with a passion for social content-driven advertising and marketing.

Reporting to the SVP, Client Partnerships, you will join a small team of sellers working across a mix of verticals to generate business growth as First We Feast begins 2025 as a newly-independent company, recently spun out of a larger media organization.

This is a transformative year for our brand and, as such, this role requires previous sales experience, especially creating revenue through prospecting, discovery, pitching, closing, renewing, and upselling clients across a variety of sizes and industries.

First We Feast views food as a lens into pop culture, music, travel and more through our slate of food-driven video franchises, so if you’re hungry to close deals (or just hungry in general), this is an opportunity to drive growth at a company that combines the mindshare and pop culture impact of an established brand with the entrepreneurial spirit of a startup.

You Will:

  • Inherit and manage an existing book of business while pitching new clients across various verticals to generate revenue growth.

  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline with a high level of activity.

  • Develop a sales strategy and business plan for generating revenue through premium direct sales to brands and agencies as well as RFP agency business.

  • Complete pre-work for and run client meetings with audiences ranging from junior-level agency buyers to CMOs.

  • Host in-person and virtual presentations and manage client entertainment.

  • Use your extensive knowledge of assigned clients, including their internal structure, agency partners, etc. to uncover new opportunities for revenue.

You Have:

  • 2+ years of previous digital media & sales experience.

  • Experience in shepherding clients through the entire Sales lifecycle from prospecting to renewals and upselling.

  • The ability to collaborate with internal partner teams while being independent in managing your book of business.

  • Outstanding communications skills (both written and verbal) including negotiation skills and exemplary consultative selling skills.

  • Expertise in social media, content marketing, mobile and digital video.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
