Junior Creative Producer, Branded Content

New York, NY

The Role

First We Feast is seeking a Junior Creative Producer to help create custom branded content. Using our award-winning IP, this person will create branded content that highlights the best of the First We Feast cinematic universe and drives engagement for our brand partners.

Our brand partners love our branded content for its ability to drive conversation and capture the attention of audiences, both regular and new. A recent example is the ‘smooch heard ‘round the internet’ in a custom Hot Ones episode announcing our collaboration with Popeyes.

The ideal candidate is comfortable participating in every part of the creative process: generating ideas for a variety of formats and types of brands, managing client communication, helping oversee shoots on set, and ensuring the finished product both delights our audience and helps our brand partners achieve their goals.

This position can be based in NYC (where we have a hybrid model working Tuesday through Thursday in our midtown office and studio space) or within the greater LA area (where we are fully remote, but have a concentration of employees and occasionally shoot).

You Will:

  • Report to the Executive Creative Producer, Branded.
  • Develop concepts that meet the objectives of our brand partners.
  • Pitch ideas, both internally and directly to clients.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, and editorial creatives to make sure all branded content meets the standards of our editorial content.
  • Work closely with our Sales and Account Management teams to ensure that custom content meets expectations, our brand partners' needs are met, and communication is clear and open.
  • Work alongside in-house producers to organize and schedule shoots with crew, talent and, at times, clients on set.
  • Work directly with post production and freelance editors, overseeing the final stages of a project.
  • Deliver high-quality original creative content that delights our clients and First We Feast’s global audience.
  • Work on tight deadlines across multiple teams to deliver work that keeps our brand partners return for additional collaborations.

You Have:

  • 2+ years creative agency and/or editorial experience.
  • 2+ years producing/shooting video with hands-on experience.
  • A proven ability to create engaging original content online.
  • A passion for advertising with the ability to concept, pitch, and champion ideas for brands.
  • An interest in and deep knowledge of the social web, including experience producing work for a variety of apps, social networks, and/or clients.
  • The ability to work as part of a team under tight deadlines.

How We Hire & Work

To apply, please complete the online application and provide all required information. Incomplete applications or applications received outside of our careers page will not be considered.

Select applicants can expect a phone screen, 1-2 team interviews (either over video or in-person depending on schedules) and a final executive interview.

For candidates in the NYC area, this is a hybrid position based in our Midtown office/studio. We work together in person Tuesday through Thursday, with the flexibility of working remotely or in-office on other days. For candidates in the greater LA area, this is a fully remote position with occasional team days at coworking spaces. We offer a robust benefits package including unlimited PTO, sick and personal time, medical benefits, retirement planning, weekly team meals, and more.

This is a full-time, exempt position. The estimated salary for this position is between $75,000 - $106,000. Actual compensation will be determined by the final candidate's location, experience, skillset, and business needs.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
