JOB SUMMARY:
The Participant Engagement Associate helps hard-working Americans plan and save for a comfortable retirement. Through virtual one-on-one education meetings, we help our participants craft a plan for their retirement including establishing a savings and investment strategy, setting up their online account, and rolling over any prior retirement accounts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Educate participants on saving and investing for retirement through one-on-one meetings (*Both in English and Spanish).
- Support Retirement Counselors with campaign resource planning, coordination, and booking.
- Work with plan sponsors and participants on follow up items from one-on-one meetings, rolling over outside retirement accounts, and other service needs that arise.
- Lead many side responsibilities, projects, and new programs essential to our growth as a department.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage assigned team responsibilities.
- Ensure timely data entry of all client interactions.
- Support the development of team training materials.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong service-oriented mindset and will-do attitude.
- You meet challenges head-on; You learn from your setbacks and work towards improvement.
- You are engaging and can connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and email.
- Ability to travel for work on occasion.
- *Bi-lingual Spanish skills.
