JOB SUMMARY: 

This part-time onsite opportunity is for current college students located near Plano, TX, looking to gain real-world experience in retirement advisory services. You will receive ongoing professional development by getting to work directly with our clients and their employees, semi-annual goal setting, and ongoing check-ins with your manager.

Your manager will also work with your current class schedule to find a work schedule that works best for you (minimum: 25 hours per week, Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm). As you build your skills, gain experience, and are successful in your role, you will be eligible to move into a Full-Time position upon graduation!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Answer retirement plan questions through our customer Help Desk phone line
  • Schedule meetings between our clients and Retirement Specialists
  • Coordinate internally with a variety of teams on day-to-day activities
  • Support various side projects, additional responsibilities, and help with creating efficiencies within the team

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage assigned team responsibilities.
  • Ensure timely data entry of all client interactions.
  • Support the development of team training materials.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Enrolled college student pursuing a bachelor’s degree
  • Willing and able to commute to the Plano, TX office
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0+
  • Able to work 25 hours a week minimum (28 hour maximum)
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to professionally interact with clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
