What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing service calls and emergencies
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fixtures, and drainage systems
• Perform inspections and recommend solutions customers can trust
• Accurately document work performed, time, and materials
• Work closely with teammates, dispatch, and leadership
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 1+ year of residential plumbing experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs as needed

Preferred

• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication

Schedule & Shift Options

Flexible shift options available:

• • 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Later shifts (10–8 and 12–10) are a priority need

• Rotating on-call schedule shared across the team
