Membership Sales Specialist – Fix-It 24/7

$23/hour + Commission | Golden, CO

Fix-It 24/7 is one of Colorado’s most trusted home services companies, providing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions with legendary customer service. We’re growing fast—and our membership program is a huge part of that growth.

We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing Membership Sales Specialist who loves talking to people, building relationships, and turning conversations into long-term customers.

 This is NOT a passive customer service role.
You’ll be proactive, outbound, and relationship-focused.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls using a provided lead list

• Follow up with homeowners who didn’t enroll during their initial service visit

• Educate customers on the value of Fix-It 24/7 memberships

• Maintain and “clean up” membership records for accuracy and follow-through

• Deliver top-tier customer experience on every interaction

• Represent Fix-It 24/7 professionally and enthusiastically

• Help brainstorm and support new customer acquisition ideas

• Attend company-s️ponsored events (Rockies games, Broncos events, community activations) to sign up new members on-site

What We’re Looking For

• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and self-starting

• Comfortable and confident with phone-based sales

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Tech-savvy with solid computer and data-entry skills

• Positive attitude with an outgoing, people-first personality

• Someone who truly enjoys building relationships—not just dialing numbers

• A mix of in-office work during the week and time in the field hunting for new membership opportunities and representing the company at events, including occasional weekends.(Some weekend availability is required.)
