Fix-It 24/7 is Colorado’s premier home service company, known for our fast response, expert solutions, and exceptional customer care. We’re growing quickly—and we’re looking for a proven HVAC Manager to lead service performance within our HVAC Service Department.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a results-driven environment and knows how to develop, coach, and scale winning service sales teams.

The Role

The HVAC Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue, conversion, and average ticket growth across the HVAC Service Department. You will lead comfort advisors and service technicians from a sales-performance standpoint, ensuring consistent execution, accountability, and customer-focused selling.

Technical HVAC experience is a plus—but sales leadership, coaching, and revenue execution are the keys to success in this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate HVAC service teams to exceed revenue and conversion targets
  • Drive sales performance across the HVAC Service Department, including close rates, average ticket, and add-on sales
  • Build a culture of accountability, performance tracking, and customer excellence
  • Monitor KPIs and dashboards; identify gaps and implement corrective strategies
  • Coach teams on customer communication, needs-based selling, and ethical upselling
  • Partner with operations and leadership to align sales strategy with service execution

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales management experience, preferably in HVAC or home services
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and team performance
  • High-energy, competitive, and results-driven leadership style
  • Strong coaching, communication, and accountability skills
  • HVAC technical knowledge preferred, but not required
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset
