The Opportunity

We’re looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians who are motivated, customer-focused, and ready to grow with a winning team.  Compensation & Benefits

  • $85,000–$175,000 average annual earnings (performance-based)

  • $4,000 a Month Gurantee
  • Health insurance (including a 100% company-paid option)

What You’ll Do

  • Service residential HVAC systems throughout the Charleston metro area

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and clearly explain solutions to homeowners

  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and system cleaning

  • Ensure systems meet company standards and local/state codes

  • Work alongside and mentor HVAC Service Apprentices


Requirements

  • 1+ year of HVAC experience (residential preferred)

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to pass background and pre-employment screenings

  • Strong customer service and communication skills


Schedule

  • Monday–Friday

  • Rotating weekends and on-call shifts
