The Opportunity

We’re looking for experienced Plumbers / Drain Technicians who want more than just a job. This is a career opportunity for professionals who enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and being part of a team that truly values their work.

You’ll diagnose plumbing issues, provide clear solutions, and help customers make confident, informed decisions—all while being supported by leadership, training, and top-tier tools.

 Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000–$175,000 average annual earnings (performance-based)

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and resolve urgent residential plumbing issues

• Meet with customers to explain findings and recommend solutions

• Deliver excellent customer service from start to finish

• Participate in paid classroom training 2–3 times per month

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of plumbing experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Customer-focused mindset

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass background and drug screenings (per state & federal law)

• Comfortable using hand and power tools

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs

• Willingness to follow instructions and accept feedback

Schedule

• Tuesday–Saturday 

• Monday -Friday with rotating weekends and on-call
