• $90,000–$100,000 Base Salary

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing residential plumbing service team.

• Recruit, hire, and retain top plumbing talent.

• Increase department revenue while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

• Conduct ride-alongs and provide hands-on coaching to improve technical performance, communication, and sales effectiveness.

• Drive key performance indicators including revenue, average ticket, conversion rates, memberships, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

• Hold technicians accountable while creating a positive, winning culture.

• Partner with dispatch and leadership to maximize scheduling efficiency and production.

• Ensure all work meets company quality standards, safety expectations, and plumbing code requirements.

• Build a department where technicians thrive, customers become lifelong clients, and revenue continues to grow.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience managing a residential plumbing service department

• Proven success growing revenue and improving team performance

• Experience recruiting, hiring, coaching, and developing plumbing technicians

• Strong understanding of residential service operations and KPIs

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills

• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to consistently achieve results

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is preferred
