What You'll Do

• Represent Fix It 24/7 at home shows, community festivals, sporting events, local partnerships, and promotional events throughout the year.

• Serve as a brand ambassador by engaging with homeowners, educating them about our services, and generating quality leads.

• Create a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience for every customer you interact with.

• Assist with event setup, teardown, transportation of marketing materials, and booth organization.

• Capture customer information accurately using company software and tablets.

• Conduct post-event data entry and assist with lead follow-up and lifecycle management.

• Capture photos and videos at events to create engaging social media content.

• Manage and post content across Fix It 24/7's social media platforms, highlighting events, community involvement, promotions, and company culture.

• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and interacting with our online community in a professional and positive manner.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and support digital marketing initiatives.

• During slower event seasons, provide customer service and administrative support to our office team.

Schedule

This position offers a flexible schedule that changes throughout the year.

• During slower event months, approximately 60–70% of your time will support customer service, social media, and administrative tasks.

• During peak event season, approximately 60–70% of your time will be attending community events, trade shows, and outreach opportunities.

• Evening and weekend availability is required, as many events take place outside traditional business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) or 1–2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, hospitality, events, retail, or communications.

• Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with the public.

• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift and transport event displays and marketing materials.
