Principal Product Designer

That’s why we’re looking for a designer who’s ready to take a seat at our leadership table and help make sure design is at the heart of everything we do. 

As Principal Product Designer, you’ll join the conversation about our vision—to build a service that combines whip-smart tech with a human touch for a whole new take on the IT help desk. And you’ll be ready to roll up your sleeves, develop practical plans, and help us build elegant, human-centered products that bring care back to IT.  

As our first in-house design hire, you’ll report directly to our CTO, and you’ll partner closely with our engineering, operations, product, and marketing teams to craft experiences that build trust, foster connections, and reflect our vision and commitment to good tech that makes sure users feel cared for, not handled.

• Partner with engineering, marketing, and operations to create consistent, high-quality customer experiences in everything from sales demos to product interactions.

  What you should bring with you  

• A strategic vision for building flexible design systems that anticipate immediate and future needs, along with an ability to adapt workflows and end-to-end processes as user needs evolve.  

• A strong portfolio of usable, beautiful interfaces that solve customer problems through thoughtful visual hierarchy, layout, and information architecture.  

• Experience building detailed prototypes that communicate design ideas and solutions.  

• A passion for quality and brand consistency in every detail, combined with a human-centered philosophy for building technology that’s a bridge, not a barrier. 

• A team mindset, an openness to collaboration and new ideas, and the confidence to take ownership of projects.  

• The ability to help align teams across the business through well-honed storytelling and presentation skills.
