Does this sound like you? 

We’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & CRM Director to lead the charge in designing and executing scalable, data-driven strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you’ll own digital marketing and CRM functions, leveraging cutting-edge technology and analytics to deliver outstanding customer experiences and measurable business growth.

What you’ll do: 

  • Digital Marketing Strategy:
    • Design and implement a multi-channel digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, leads, and assets under administration (AuA).
    • Own and optimise the digital marketing mix across paid search, paid social, SEO, and display advertising to maximise ROI.
    • Partner with Brand Marketing to balance long-term growth strategies with short-term performance goals.

  • Performance Marketing:
    • Lead data-driven, ROI-focused campaigns supported by econometric modelling, attribution frameworks, and advanced analytics.
    • Oversee PPC and paid social campaigns, ensuring budget optimisation, A/B testing, and alignment with business objectives.
    • Deliver a best-in-class SEO strategy, including technical audits, link acquisition, and content optimisation.

  • CRM Leadership:
    • Drive personalised, data-led customer engagement through lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, SMS, and app notifications.
    • Collaborate with Product and UX teams to deliver seamless, category-leading customer experiences at every touchpoint.
    • Leverage insights on customer lifetime value (LTV) to refine strategies and improve acquisition, retention, and advocacy.

  • Customer Experience & Innovation:
    • Work with cross-functional teams to continuously optimise customer journeys, digital funnels, and onboarding processes.
    • Lead voice-of-customer initiatives, leveraging feedback to improve products, services, and overall experience.
    • Stay ahead of digital trends and competitor strategies, ensuring our marketing remains innovative and impactful.

  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to maximise performance and ROI.
    • Act as a key leader within the Growth Tribe, championing a shared vision for growth across the organisation.

What you’ll bring: 

    • Extensive experience in digital marketing and CRM leadership roles, ideally within tech or fintech sectors.
    • Proven expertise in performance marketing, SEO, and CRM platforms, with a strong track record of delivering measurable results.
    • Skilled at using data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimise marketing performance.
    • Collaborative leader with experience working closely with Product, UX, and Brand teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
    • Knowledge of regulated industries and familiarity with partners like Google, Meta, and Salesforce is a bonus.
