What you’ll do:
You’ll report into our Head of Digital & CRM and work as part of our IFA (Independent Financial Adviser) Partnerships squad. Together, you’ll help shape how we communicate with our adviser and wealth management partners across the full lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
CRM strategy
Helping shape the communication strategy for our financial adviser and wealth management partners, working closely with squad leadership to design and optimise end-to-end journeys.
Customer insight and data
Using data and insights to develop targeted experiences that support Flagstone’s commercial goals and improve engagement.
Campaign delivery
Creating and managing multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS and direct mail, designed to attract new partners and deepen relationships with existing ones.
Marketing technology
Acting as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, helping ensure the business gets the most value from our CRM tools and supporting teams across Flagstone to use them effectively.
What you’ll bring:
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is excited by the opportunity to shape CRM marketing in a growing fintech business.
You’ll likely bring:

Experience using CRM and marketing automation to support customer growth and engagement

A strong understanding of email marketing and lifecycle communications

Experience working with Email Service Providers, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar)

Confidence analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

The ability to translate insights into clear actions and campaigns

Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across the business
Experience working with financial services, fintech or adviser audiences would be helpful, but it’s not essential.
