Our products and campaigns have been covered by Vogue, Vanity Fair, Elle, and InStyle, and we’ve won major beauty accolades from Allure and Essence. With a mission to empower women, Flamingo is committed to partnering with nonprofit partners working to help women and girls build healthy relationships with their bodies and has helped connect over 200K people to quality mental health and wellbeing resources.

About the role
We're seeking a high-performing, analytical, and collaborative individual to join our Global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role serves as a dedicated business partner to our North American Flamingo Branded business, ideal for someone who excels at building strong relationships and can bring financial structure to creative teams. - Proactively leverage monthly analysis to identify forward-looking implications, ensuring financial health by capitalizing on opportunities and mitigating risks.
- Forecast and manage operating expenses for your dedicated segment
- Enhance commercial decision-making by providing financial direction and guidance on innovation, channel distribution, and capital allocation
- Guide cross-functional teams on New Product Innovation (NPI) business cases, partnering with analytics, sales, and marketing for pre- and post-launch analysis.
- Proactively challenge revenue planning assumptions, bringing a critical lens to identify potential risks and gaps
- Integrate Flamingo Brand's long-term and brand planning with the operating budget, ensuring consistency and an accurate reflection of strategic priorities.
- Collaborate closely with North America and Global Finance leadership to consolidate Harry's & Flamingo BU results and develop financial models critical to our long-term planning process. You'll also have the chance to contribute to special projects within the segment
- Take ownership of your workstream, define your own roadmap, and adapt as priorities shift.
This should describe you
- 4+ years of total experience, including at least 2 years with relevance to financial management
- Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, accounting or mathematics preferred
- Solid understanding of P&L and profitability analysis and strong working knowledge of CPG financials preferred (e.g. sales & marketing finance and KPIs/drivers)

- Ability to bring financial clarity to teams who think in ideas and stories, not just numbers.
- Strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills
- Ability to effectively work under pressure, managing multiple and changing priorities
- High level of motivation and energy with desire to ‘roll up sleeves’ moving from the high level to the detail as necessary
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and contend with complexity
