Help us change the way the world parks
Parking isn’t just about spaces – it’s about creating seamless experiences, sustainable solutions, and smarter cities. At Flash, we’re not just thinking about today’s parking challenges; we’re actively shaping the future of parking + charging. Join us in transforming the way the world parks.

Join Our Flash Team as a Senior Field Project Manager!

FLASH is seeking a Senior Field Project Manager to join our team. As part of our local branch implementation team, the Senior Field Project Manager leads customers through a variety of FLASH implementations. The Senior Field Project Manager will manage the project and commission the system (start up, test, and bring into service) per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), from assignment through closeout, ensuring successful implementation of FLASH hardware and software.

As a Senior Field Project Manager (SFPM), you will lead the overall success of our largest and most visible projects. You will work closely with customers and FLASH teams to coordinate product installations and commission systems to confirm they operate as designed. You will need to understand objectives, priorities, processes, and the challenges that can arise during a project—and determine how to best manage them for a successful implementation.

This role is also responsible for managing onsite installation tasks. These include supporting installation contractors, making low-voltage terminations, completing network setup, starting up and testing equipment, and providing onsite client training. When performing the commissioning role, the SFPM will represent FLASH throughout the installation, keeping both the Project Manager and the client updated on progress. This position reports to the General Manager of the branch.

This role is a great fit if you are multi-talented, enjoy taking on challenges, are highly technical, communicate proactively, stay focused, and bring extreme attention to detail with a project-oriented mindset.

You will be successful in this role if you have strong experience in parking/mobility technology, excellent customer-facing communication skills, and an organized, flexible approach to competing priorities. This dynamic role also provides an excellent path to growth within Operations or into other opportunities across our growing organization.
