Join Our Flash Team as a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst!

The Flash Rev Ops Team is looking for a highly driven, analytical Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst to own GTM reporting and analysis deliverables as well as the compensation plan design and administration. The Analyst will be an instrumental part of Flash’s Revenue Operations Team, supporting the entirety of the GTM and field teams from a data perspective as the company scales into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate is a collaborator who can excel in both the weeds and clouds, preparing/analyzing data and communicating insights, but also understanding the business’s goals, strategies, and offerings that they’re supporting. The individual has strong data and systems skills, while simultaneously being able to glean insights from large data volumes and communicate them to varying audiences. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations.

 As Flash enters its next phase of growth, you’ll become an integral part of a dynamic and rapidly evolving Revenue Operations team that sits at the heart of the company’s growth strategy. This team thrives on cross-functional collaboration, using data to create synergy across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success in support of Flash’s ambitious goals. You’ll also work closely with one of the best Sales Teams in the industry, providing them with data and insights to help build a scalable system for growth.

Location: This is a hybrid role based out of Austin, TX

What You'll Do:

  • Drive strategic GTM alignment and performance visibility by owning and enhancing Area and Product QBR deck formats/templates, ensuring data-driven insights are presented to key stakeholders
  • Own commercial  Board meeting metrics deliverables as needed by CCO, including forecasts, bookings vs. budget, pipeline dives, seller attainment and more
  • Lead the development and ongoing management of Flash’s supply business bookings, budgets, and 6x6 forecasts, providing critical analysis of variances to inform financial strategy
  • In collaboration with Sales leadership and substantiated by market analyses, drive and own rep quota setting
  • Forge strong partnerships with Sales leadership to define, analyze, and disseminate critical Sales KPIs (e.g., opportunity creation, win rate, ASP), directly influencing GTM performance and accountability
  • Owner of GTM Roster, Quota/Capacity, and Leaderboard analyses to drive buffer vs. targets, additional GTM understanding, and accountability
  • Identify additional GTM reporting needs/enhancements such as territory analyses, new product KPIs, Facility database augmentation, and partner with the Data Team on associated deliverables around each
  • Partnering with Rev Ops’ GTM Systems team, analyze, own, and enhance the SFDC Dashboard stack, creating scalable dashboards for different GTM roles
  • Collaborate with Finance to develop Pricing Desk KPIs, which include average Gross Profit/Gross Margin, discounting cuts, SKU reporting, and more
  • Based on actuals and insights, lead annual compensation design planning to strategically incentivize sales behavior and maximize revenue attainment
  • Understand and own all GTM Comp Plans by role (pay mix, Metrics, Weightings, Mechanics, Terms, etc.) and be able to resolve any comp disputes that arise. Based on actuals and insights, lead annual compensation design planning
  • Lead and enhance the GTM monthly commissions process and checklist, spot-checking and distributing Commission Statements in a timely fashion to Sales and Payroll as needed

 What You Bring:

  • Strong understanding of underlying relational databases, object/field schema,  SQL/SOQL, etc. 
  • Strong proficiency in SFDC, CPQ, and Hubspot, particularly around data models, reporting and dashboarding modules
  • Strong blend of assertiveness with humility when communicating with stakeholders  
  • Ability to communicate data findings in different styles and tones to different audiences; for instance,  Sales and Finance
  • Familiarity with Google Looker BI tool and associated features such as LookML, Looker Studio, Data Model, and APIs
  • Familiarity with advanced data and statistical modeling concepts such as Sensitivity, Segmentation, Linear/Logistical Regression, Clustering, Cohort Analysis, Sentiment Analysis, etc.
  • Understanding of Generative AI solutions, Gemini and Vertex in particular, as a supplement to augment analysis deliverables
  • Experience with SPM tools is a plus

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Financial, Rev Ops Analyst or related analytical role, delivering analysis solutions to internal stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in SFDC, CPQ, and Hubspot, particularly around data models, reporting, and dashboarding modules.
  • Master in Excel and Google Sheets: formulas, charts and visualizations, keyboard shortcuts, Sparklines, Power Query, Power Pivot, Data Analysis 
  • Local to Austin, TX

$100,000-$120,000 a year

Final salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills and experience level.
