Join Our Flash Team as an Associate Program Manager!
Flash is looking for an Associate Program Manager to help deliver on our mission to free consumers from the hassles of everyday travel by making it faster and easier to get where you need to go,so they can focus on the destination.
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Associate Program Manager to lead complex software and platform initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for coordinating multi-team efforts, driving execution across engineering and product organizations, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and development priorities.

What You'll Do:
- Define and manage cross-functional programs aligned with product strategy and company goals
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to translate priorities into clear, executable roadmaps
- Establish program milestones, track progress, and proactively manage risks and dependencies
- Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment and accountability
- Own and operate the feature intake process, ensuring work is well-defined, scoped, and prioritized
- Facilitate planning and discovery across Product, Technical PMs, and Engineering
- Manage the pipeline of Customer Support and Success tickets requiring engineering involvement
- Ensure issues are properly triaged, validated, and documented before escalation
- Identify trends and systemic issues to drive product and platform improvements
- Provide structured reporting and insights on program health, timelines, and risks to leadership
- Maintain dashboards and prepare executive-level updates for planning and reviews
- Strengthen documentation practices, including release notes, product features, and operational playbooks
What You Bring:
Technical Skills
- Experience working in SaaS, FinTech, payments, or platform-based technology environments.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar engineering collaboration tools.
- Experience supporting customer-facing platforms or operational technology systems.
- Exposure to hardware-software integration programs (e.g., kiosks, devices, IoT systems).
- Experience with operational processes involving customer support escalation and issue triage.

Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Project Management within a software or technology organization.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required.
Salary: $75,000-$100,000/year
Final salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills and experience level.
