Use of Automated Employment Decision Tools (NYC Local Law 144 Notice)
FlashParking, Inc. ("Flash") uses an automated employment decision tool ("AEDT"), [Greenhouse Real Talent], to help assess candidates for certain positions located in New York City. This notice is provided in accordance with New York City Local Law 144, at least 10 business days before the AEDT is used in your assessment.
Qualifications assessed. The AEDT evaluates job-related qualifications and characteristics, which may include: technical and functional skills; type and relevance of prior experience; years of experience; job titles; relevant industry experience; employment history, including company names and dates; and education.
Alternative process. You may request an alternative selection process or a reasonable accommodation by contacting recruiting@flashparking.com.

Data, source, and retention. The AEDT uses the qualification and background information above, as submitted by candidates through their application and resume.
