Functions:

  • Talent Acquisition: Discover and secure top talent, fostering relationships with candidates and guiding them through the hiring process. Team members utilize innovative sourcing strategies, conduct thorough assessments, and ensure a positive and inclusive experience for everyone involved.
  • Talent Management: Developing, motivating, and retaining employees once hired through continuous Learning and Development and Performance Management. 
  • People Experience: Create a welcoming and supportive environment for our employees. From managing onboarding and off-boarding to organizing engaging events that foster camaraderie, team members continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the employee journey. Leveraging expertise in HRIS systems, data analysis, and compliance ensures smooth operations and adherence to regulations.
