Channel Partner Manager
We are looking for a motivated Partner Success Manager to join the Channel Partnerships team at Fleetio. In this role, you will be the tactical main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of Channel Partners (resellers and referral partners) and responsible for developing and maintaining relationships that result in mutually beneficial business outcomes for Fleetio and our Partners. You will work closely with your assigned partners to establish revenue goals and KPIs and develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed these objectives. You will act as the liaison between Fleetio and your portfolio of Partners and become a critical resource to your Partners’ success as a channel partner of Fleetio. Work cross-functionally with Enablement to implement best practices and consistency in educating our partners on products and features; Product to identify features that will support partner objectives and collaborate on positioning; Marketing to ensure alignment on market communication and messaging; and Partner Business Development to ensure a smooth post-sale hand-off and continuity in partner experience.

This Partner Success Manager will be a key contributor to Fleetio’s growth, and we are seeking someone who can use their experience to identify and champion win/win opportunities that benefit Fleetio and our Partners. The ideal candidate for this role has strong communication and interpersonal skills, enjoys building collaborative relationships with partner teams, and cares deeply about creating a world-class experience for Partners and their end-user customers. You will report to the Manager, Channel Partner Success.

Your impact
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with your portfolio of partners to drive predictable channel revenue to Fleetio
- Act as your Partner’s main point of contact, triaging product and support queries and delivering high-quality, quick resolutions to issues or concerns
- Work closely with Fleetio’s Enablement team to deliver high-quality product training and enablement to Partner Teams in an effort to accelerate sales and increase end-customer retention and expansion
- Develop, execute and maintain a scaleable communication and meeting cadence with your portfolio of Partners, including pipeline reviews, revenue forecasting activities and QBRs
- Work with Partners to outline mutual success metrics and KPIs that align with Fleetio and Partner revenue growth goals
- Leverage product expertise and provide strategic support to Partner Sales and Customer Success teams, including supporting sales demos and customer feedback or retention calls
- Strategically introduce new Fleetio features to your Partners, evaluate their success, and navigate feedback channels between your Partners and Fleetio’s Product team
Your experience
- Industry Expertise: 3+ years of experience in Partner or Customer Sales, Success or Account Management (bonus if it’s within the fleet industry)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education, formal training, and related work experience.
- Ability to establish and maintain a constructive, positive, and collaborative relationship with partners and coworkers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work across diverse teams in a matrixed environment.
- Proactive mindset with solid time management skills.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Google Suite, Slack, CRM, and software/channel sales tools.
