Implementation Manager

Remote - USA

The Onboarding team at Fleetio is expanding and we are looking for a seasoned Implementation Manager! You will partner with our largest and most complex customers and ensure a successful implementation of Fleetio in support of each customer’s goals and objectives. You will partner with a range of stakeholders throughout our customer’s organizations, each with their own respective goals. You will help these various stakeholders with their respective needs throughout the implementation, while also pushing them to find consensus in support of the broader implementation, when their goals are not aligned. You will work closely with your customers to understand their organizational structure and business operations, document their goals and desired outcomes, guide them through learning the Fleetio product and structuring their data in support of their goals, and support them in rolling Fleetio out to their broader end users.

In this role, you will primarily manage a portfolio of Fleetio’s largest and most complex customers, but you will also support our Sales Organization with large-scale pilots. These pilots can be short term, focused intensive opportunities to prove out the value of Fleetio to an organization prior to bringing their entire fleet to Fleetio. As such, your ability to quickly partner with stakeholders, understand the keys to success and bring them to value will be crucial in helping Fleetio continue to win new customers. Lastly, in this role, you will support the broader Fleetio Implementation team as needed with smaller projects.

A little about us…Fleetio is a modern software platform that helps thousands of organizations around the world manage their fleet operations. Transportation technology is a hot market and we’re leading the charge, with raving fans and new customers signing up every day. We raised $144M in Series C in June of 2023 and are on an exciting trajectory as a company. Fleetio is also a proud founding member of the Rails Foundation!

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
