Our Integrated Campaign Marketing Specialist is responsible for partnering with other Fleetio stakeholders to develop and deploy campaigns across multiple channels including Email, Social, Display, Programmatic, and more. Your Impact
- Partner with internal stakeholders to execute marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns across channels such as Email, SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic.
- Creating nurture and single emails as part of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Create and analyze campaign and channel-level reporting.
- Partner with channel managers on the execution of assigned tasks and campaign activities.
- Participating in team and department-level meetings.
- Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines
- Own pacing & delivery of campaigns (direct and programmatic) as assigned by the Director
- Organize the efforts and schedules of production resources to work within SLAs, and prioritize projects based on campaign needs
- Help to provide quality assurance on marketing campaign assets (emails, landing pages, and components such as forms) per documented requirements and standards, and review/edit content as needed.
- Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, digital marketing or related fields
- 1 - 3 years of related job experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills
- Hands-on experience trafficking and managing campaigns through one or more ad platforms, background in Google Ad Manager (GAM), LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, Google Analytics, Marketo and Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills
- Basic knowledge of running B2B campaigns
- Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
- A good understanding of current marketing trends
- Big picture thinker with the marketing savvy to proof the final product for excellence before we deploy
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail for precise analysis of data
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment
