Partner Marketing Specialist

Reporting directly to the Director of Partner Marketing, the Partner Marketing Specialist will be the primary contact to our existing and prospective partners on a daily basis. The specialist will be responsible for coordinating with marketing, product, sales and other professionals to implement and execute on innovative campaigns for partner enablement. Their duties include responding to partner requests, ensuring channel specific content and assets are aligned with latest versions from product and sales, researching target audiences, recording data from campaign results to add to future reports and overseeing a company’s PRM system and partner portals.

Your Impact
- Understand the business objectives and growth plans, build and drive marketing programs and initiatives proactively to increase Fleetio’s partner relationships, leads and revenue growth
- Develop positive working relationships with channel partners
- Coordinate and update our PRM system and CRM system
- Update our Partner and Vendor Portals and Marketplace for sales support to signed and prospect partners.
- Execute and administer channel marketing programs; monitor, record and analyze ROI
- Ensure consistent enablement and communication with existing partners
- Vetting of incoming partner requests for shortlist of new partner opportunities
- Help develop sales/marketing tools for the channel partners
- Develop and update creative assets, including creation of messaging and positioning to win sales
- Coordinate and host in-person and virtual events for the channel partners and prospect customers
- Participate in ongoing dialogue with the channel partners, including recurrent conference calls, and/or quarterly business review
- Collaborate with other internal departments to drive specific needs of projects forward.
Your Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of channel marketing and/or B2B project management experience
- Experience of PRM system management
- Self-driven project management experience with analytic and reporting skills
- Experience working across market segment (SMB-Enterprise)
- Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
- The ability to be both strategic and hands-on and juggle multiple initiatives with confidence and grace
- Demonstrated creative thinking with ability to develop new programs that expand the pipeline
- Ability to get into the weeds with your team without losing sight of the big picture
- The good listening skills of a team player who has had success leading cross-functional initiatives
- Have a passion for hi-tech / pc component products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Salesforce, G-Suite experience a plus
