Marketing Operations Analyst

We're seeking a dynamic and analytical Marketing Operations Analyst to build our marketing analytics function. Reporting to the Director of GTM Systems, you'll be instrumental in building the foundation for our marketing reporting and process optimization. You'll be the architect of our marketing data, ensuring we have clear visibility into performance and can make data-driven decisions to fuel our rapid growth. Your impact

Build & Own Marketing Reporting:

  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all channels and campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing spend and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Establish a robust reporting framework to monitor lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and return on marketing ad spend (ROAS).

Manage Marketing Attribution:

  • Own and refine our in-house marketing attribution model to accurately measure the impact of different marketing touchpoints.
  • Analyze attribution data to identify high-performing channels and campaigns and optimize marketing spend accordingly.
  • Ensure data integrity across all systems that feed the attribution model.

Marketing Process Optimization:

  • Map and document end-to-end marketing process flows, including lead routing, campaign execution, and data management.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing processes and implement improvements to streamline workflows.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for marketing processes and best practices.
  • Analyze lead conversion rates through the demand generation engine, and report on performance by stage, channel and campaign.

Data Management & Integration:

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all marketing systems.
  • Collaborate with the GTM Systems team to integrate marketing tools and data sources.

Strategic Analysis & Communication:

  • Regularly present marketing analytics and performance reports to marketing leadership, providing clear and concise insights.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Your experience

  • 4+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of building and managing marketing reporting functions.
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution models and methodologies.
  • Experience mapping and optimizing marketing processes.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and deep experience in SFDC reporting
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Google Sheets and Coefficient.
  • Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
