IT Help Desk Associate
As our IT Help Desk Associate at Fleetio, you will be the first point of contact for internal technical support, helping to power a seamless employee experience across our remote-first workforce. You will manage and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues, administer critical SaaS tools, and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes. From configuring Apple laptops to maintaining our internal knowledge base, you will play a hands-on role in supporting the day-to-day technology needs of Fleetio. Your presence at our HQ in Birmingham will also be vital for supporting network systems, troubleshooting in-person tech, and ensuring company-wide meetings run without a hitch.

Your Impact
- Staffing our internal help desk and handling frontline break / fix support for hardware and software-related issues
- Administering much of Fleetio's tech stack including license management, user provisioning, troubleshooting, and more
- Handling all onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining inventory levels and supporting Fleetio’s employee computer hardware
- Creating and maintaining internal documentation (using Notion and Loom)
- Troubleshooting Fleetio HQ’s internal network and workplace experience systems
- Prepare, manage, and drive the technology used for our company wide meetings at our HQ
Your experience
- 1+ years of experience working on internal teams (IT, Business Systems, Operations, etc.) in a internal help desk or IT support role
- Experience administering SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Okta, Zoom, Loom, Jira and many more
- Familiarity with MDM platforms such as Mosyle, Kandji, Jamf, Intune etc.
- Able to work from Fleetio’s HQ Monday through Friday, as needed
- Working knowledge of Apple systems and software
- Working knowledge of Windows
- Approachable and kind, you will answer technical questions daily
- Customer-service oriented with a focus on providing support with an enabling and empowering mentality
- Possess outstanding communication skills & strong attention to detail
- Organized and able to effectively prioritize work based on business impact
- Ability to work from our Birmingham, AL HQ
