Description

We’re looking for a driven, customer-centric, results-oriented, and inventive Senior Product Manager to join our growing product org. As PM, you will play a key role in advancing our web application and shaping the future of fleet management. You’ll be empowered to shape product strategy, influence outcomes, and grow your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You must be located in Eastern Standard Time or Central Standard Timezone. 

Who you are

You'll report to the Director of Product, and you’ll be accountable for the success of our Auto Integrate web app – used by the majority of the Fleet Management companies in North America. You’ll drive continuous discovery and delivery of the right solutions for our customers – across small businesses thru large multinational enterprises. Your impact

  • Champion customer outcomes: Work closely with customers to deeply understand their goals, workflows, and challenges – ensuring seamless onboarding, setup/implementation, and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Drive product impact: Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver features that solve real customer problems, drive adoption, and reinforce our competitive edge.
  • Guide the Full Product Lifecycle: Discovery, ideation, specification, test, delivery, launch / GTM, analysis, and optimization – ensuring roadmap milestones are met
  • Ensure Successful Product Launches: Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches and updates, ensuring successful adoption.
  • Deliver onboarding success: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, coordinate internal resources, and track progress to ensure timely and effective implementation.
  • Be the voice of the customer: Gather, synthesise, and share customer insights to inform product decisions and prioritise improvements that drive adoption, engagement, and retention. 
  • Communicate with Clarity and Purpose: Clearly articulate product vision, value, and progress to stakeholders, including team members, prospects, and customers, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Continuously Improve Product Operations: Continuously seek ways to improve our product development and delivery processes, ensuring we bring value to customers quickly and efficiently.
  • Foster a Culture of Collaboration and Learning: Help create a culture of experimentation, learning, and cross-functional teamwork – encouraging open feedback and shared ownership of results.
  • Define and measure success: Establish clear metrics for product performance, regularly analyse data, and share actionable insights to guide product roadmapping and continuous improvement.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert: Demonstrate deep knowledge of our product suite, including its features, functionalities, and technical integrations (e.g. APIs, SAML, SSO, ETL  etc.), as well as the fleet management industry and domain.
  • Innovate and differentiate: Identify new opportunities for product innovation and expansion, using market research and customer feedback to shape the roadmap and deliver unique value.

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL.
  • Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP services, JSON, XML, OAuth, and other web technologies.

Your experience

  • 5+ years in product management or closely related roles, building and delivering web apps – preferably in modern B2B technology-driven SaaS environments.
  • BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, Design, or related equivalent practical / field experience.
  • Passion for customer & business success, shortening time to value, and the craft of PM.
  • A committed desire to understand our users and rally around the problems we’re solving.
  • Effective at integrating feedback, facts, and needs into product recommendations, decisions, strategies, and launch execution across the product life-cycle.
  • Natural leadership skills – you influence and inspire others who love working with you.
  • A proven track record of strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit – you are self-driven, accountable, and comfortable presenting to customers, prospects, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Egoless self-starter with great product sense, curiosity, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.
  • Talent for mediating across various needs, and finding creative solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, basic familiarity with product analytics, and an  ability to translate data into insights 
  • Champion our core values of intelligence, intensity, integrity, and ownership.

Considered a plus

  • Experience in fleet / automotive / transportation software, vertical SaaS, or related space.
  • Experience in a range of segments and product life cycle stages.
