We’re looking for a modern growth marketer who blends performance marketing expertise with strategic thinking, experimentation, and operational rigor. You know how to scale pipeline through paid search, paid social, and SEO while balancing efficiency, attribution, and long-term growth.

You’re equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves inside ad platforms as you are leading agency relationships, evaluating strategy, and driving accountability across external partners. You understand how growth marketing fits into the broader revenue engine—from campaign strategy and lead flow to conversion optimization and lifecycle impact.

As Fleetio’s next Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll help drive the evolution of our paid and organic acquisition engine while partnering closely with our SEO and paid media agencies to maximize performance, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate pipeline growth.

Your Impact

Own and scale paid acquisition programs

  • Lead Fleetio’s paid search and paid social strategy across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels
  • Partner closely with external paid media agencies to guide strategy, evaluate performance, prioritize experimentation, and ensure strong execution against pipeline goals
  • Drive efficient pipeline growth while balancing CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue impact
  • Manage and optimize six-figure monthly media investments with a strong focus on forecasting, efficiency, and scalability
  • Build and maintain scalable evergreen campaign structures while continuously testing new audiences, messaging, and creative approaches

Drive SEO and organic growth initiatives

  • Partner with Fleetio’s SEO agency and internal content teams to evolve and execute our organic growth strategy
  • Help shape SEO priorities across technical optimization, content strategy, search intent, and conversion opportunities
  • Evaluate SEO performance and identify opportunities to improve rankings, traffic quality, and pipeline contribution
  • Leverage search insights and competitive research to inform broader campaign and content strategies

Lead integrated growth campaigns

  • Partner cross-functionally to support fully integrated campaign launches across paid, organic, content, events, and outbound motions
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to align messaging, offers, and targeting strategies across channels
  • Support campaign amplification strategies for product launches, webinars, customer stories, reports, events, and strategic GTM initiatives
  • Work closely with Creative teams and agency partners to develop high-performing ad creative and landing page experiences

Your Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
  • Deep expertise managing paid search and paid social campaigns at scale, including six-figure media budgets
  • Strong understanding of SEO strategy, organic growth, and search intent optimization
  • Proven experience managing and holding external agencies accountable across paid media and/or SEO programs
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on channel knowledge and performance analysis
  • Experience building and optimizing evergreen acquisition programs alongside integrated campaign launches
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive optimization and investment decisions
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, attribution, lead scoring, and lead routing concepts
  • Comfortable operating independently while collaborating cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps
  • Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, or agent-based workflows within growth or paid media programs
