We are seeking a highly analytical, operationally minded Director of Corporate FP&A to help scale the finance organization. This role will serve as a critical finance business partner across the organization, with a strong emphasis on ownership of consolidated reporting, board reporting, acquisition integration, and financial process rigor.

Who you are

The ideal candidate has experience operating in a complex, high-growth environment where accuracy, accountability, and executive-level communication are paramount. This person will play a key role in working alongside our accounting team to improve reporting infrastructure, streamline intercompany and consolidation processes, and ensure confidence in the numbers presented to executive leadership and the Board on a monthly basis. In addition, this role will directly manage and develop one FP&A team member, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance leadership to support the team's growth and effectiveness.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, drives process improvement, and takes pride in delivering highly accurate financial reporting under tight timelines.

Your impact

Board & Executive Reporting

  • Own the preparation, validation, and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual board financial reporting packages
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to develop clear, concise, and decision-useful financial narratives
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all reported financials, KPIs, forecasts, and supporting analyses
  • Lead variance analysis for core components of P&L and explain operational and financial performance drivers to senior leadership

Consolidations & Intercompany Reporting

  • Partner with Accounting to improve and streamline intercompany reconciliation and consolidation processes between three different business lines
  • Support the integrity and alignment of financial reporting across multiple entities and systems
  • Drive process improvements around monthly close coordination, reporting timelines, and financial data consistency
  • Develop scalable reporting frameworks and controls to improve confidence in consolidated results

M&A Integration & Strategic Finance

  • Support finance integration activities related to acquisitions, including reporting alignment, systems/process harmonization, KPI standardization, and organizational coordination
  • Help establish integrated forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes for separate entities

Process Improvement & Finance Infrastructure

  • Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and strengthen reporting and planning processes
  • Improve finance operating cadence, reporting accuracy, and organizational accountability
  • Lead investments in modernizing FP&A systems construction, implementation, and integration alongside other existing enterprise infrastructure
  • Help establish scalable FP&A best practices appropriate for a growing multi-entity SaaS, marketplace, and payments businesses

Your experience

  • 7–10+ years of experience in FP&A or finance operations, at least 3+ years at a Senior Manager level or higher
  • Experience in a high-growth, $250M revenue + SaaS + marketplace or SaaS + payments business strongly preferred
  • Prior ownership of board reporting and executive-level financial presentations
  • Experience supporting acquisition integration and/or multi-entity financial operations
  • Experience managing processes and analysis around intercompany reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with high accountability and attention to detail
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear insights
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and process improvement
  • Experience with ERP, FP&A, automation, and reporting systems in scaling environments preferred (Netsuite, Numeric, Floqast, Snowflake, Metabase, Coefficient)
  • Experience leading deployment of modern FP&A systems, process automation, and seamless integration with other solutions
