Remote - USA, CAN, MEX

More about our team and company:

We’re looking for an evidence-based, customer-centric, and innovative Product Manager to join our growing product org. As a Growth PM, you will play a key role in our product-led growth and self-serve initiatives within our Product Growth team. This team is focused on identifying where the product can do more to help customers realize value and where that value can translate into durable business growth.

Your goal will be to understand the core value levers of our product and use strong growth instincts to drive activation, adoption, monetization, retention, and expansion. We believe the strongest product-led growth comes from helping customers realize value through thoughtful product experiences, not from forcing growth at the expense of customer trust.

Reporting to the Growth Group Product Manager, you will build growth loops, develop hypotheses, run experiments, and turn insight into product improvements that create value for both customers and the business. You will partner closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, customer success, and other cross-functional teammates to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Who You Are

Our ideal candidate is curious, proactive, customer-centric, and energized by solving growth problems through product. You have strong product judgment, a bias toward learning, and a demonstrated ability to turn customer insight and data into measurable impact.

You have experience in product-led growth and self-serve product development, with a strong understanding of funnels, loops, lifecycle optimization, and experimentation. You are comfortable moving between strategy and execution, and you know how to use both quantitative and qualitative inputs to make sound product decisions.

You are self-sufficient with data, comfortable exploring dashboards and analyzing funnels, and able to use evidence to influence priorities. You are also fluent in modern AI tools and concepts, whether through building AI-powered features or using AI to improve the quality and speed of your work.

You are a strong cross-functional partner who collaborates effectively with engineering, design, research, data, marketing, sales, customer success, and other stakeholders. You care deeply about craft and customer experience, and you believe the best growth comes from helping users realize value faster and more often, not from adding friction or compromising product quality.

Your Impact

  • Drive product growth across key parts of the customer journey, including activation, adoption, monetization, retention, and expansion
  • Build and optimize growth loops that are repeatable, scalable, and measurable
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, funnel performance, lifecycle moments, and value realization to identify high-leverage opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, marketing, and customer-facing teams to develop effective strategies and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Use quantitative analysis, qualitative insight, and product judgment to inform priorities and decisions
  • Generate and test hypotheses through thoughtful experimentation and rapid iteration
  • Contribute to growth strategy and roadmap decisions by identifying opportunities, recommending priorities, and driving execution within your area
  • Guide initiatives through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through launch, analysis, and optimization
  • Communicate progress, trade-offs, learnings, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leaders
  • Help raise the bar for experimentation rigor, evidence-based decision-making, and product quality across the team

Your Experience

  • 3-5 years in product management, including meaningful experience in product-led growth and/or experimentation-focused roles in modern B2B SaaS environments
  • BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, Design, or related equivalent field/experience
  • Strong quantitative business acumen and comfort using data to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and inform decisions
  • In-depth knowledge of product growth best practices, experimentation, and funnel analysis
  • Passion for customer and business success, shortening time to value, and the craft of product management
  • Strong ability to understand users and rally teams around the right problems to solve
  • Proven track record of strong cross-functional collaboration
  • An entrepreneurial spirit – you are self-driven, accountable, and comfortable presenting to customers, prospects, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Egoless self-starter with great product sense, curiosity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, from shaping direction to driving execution and iteration
  • Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools and concepts, either through building AI-powered product experiences or using AI meaningfully to improve product thinking, execution, analysis, and decision-making
  • Champion our core values of intelligence, intensity, integrity, and ownership

Considered a plus

  • Experience in fleet, automotive, transportation software, vertical SaaS, or a related space
  • Experience writing and reading SQL
  • Experience across multiple growth surfaces, such as onboarding, trial, adoption, monetization, or lifecycle experiences
  • Experience with hybrid B2B PLG and SLG products
  • Experience optimizing mature products as well as exploring zero-to-one opportunities
  • Experience building, launching, or iterating on AI-powered product features or workflows
  • Experience working in design-forward, product-led environments with a strong emphasis on user experience, craft, and thoughtful growth

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
