We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our Parts team as we continue to change the industry.

At our dealership, the Parts Department plays a critical role in keeping our Service Department, wholesale customers, retail customers, and internal operations moving efficiently. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk supports this work by ensuring parts are received, verified, organized, and shipped accurately and on time.

This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and dealership environment.

We are looking for a dependable and professional Parts Department Delivery Driver to support daily parts deliveries, pickups, and department operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, safety-minded, customer-focused, and enjoys being on the road while representing the dealership in a professional manner.

What You Will Do

  • Receive incoming parts, accessories, tires, and supplies from manufacturers, vendors, and delivery carriers
  • Verify shipments against packing slips, invoices, purchase orders, and parts orders
  • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, shortages, or discrepancies
  • Label, sort, stage, and stock parts in the appropriate bin locations
  • Prepare outgoing shipments for wholesale customers, vendors, returns, warranty parts, and special orders
  • Package parts securely and accurately for delivery or carrier pickup
  • Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
  • Assist with processing returns, cores, and warranty parts as needed
  • Communicate with Parts Advisors, Parts Managers, delivery drivers, and vendors regarding shipment status or discrepancies
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts warehouse and receiving area
  • Follow dealership safety procedures when lifting, moving, or handling parts and equipment

Who We Are Looking For

  • Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or parts department experience preferred
  • Automotive dealership or parts experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to read and match part numbers, invoices, packing slips, and order information
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to follow established procedures
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift, carry, move, and stock parts, tires, and supplies as needed
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
  • Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset

 Pay: $20 - $22 / hour
