We are seeking a versatile and service-oriented IT Client Services Technician to join our team. This role combines remote helpdesk support with hands-on field service work across multiple locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with users, and supporting a fast-paced, multi-location environment where no two days are the same.
What You Will Do
- Provide remote technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and resolve support tickets while maintaining accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
- Set up, configure, and deploy workstations, user accounts, software, and peripheral devices
- Travel to dealership and company locations to perform installations, maintenance, repairs, and technical support
- Install and configure computers, networking equipment, Wi-Fi systems, monitors, printers, and related hardware
- Assist with structured cabling, hardware mounting, and device deployment projects
- Troubleshoot on-site connectivity and network-related issues
- Support Microsoft 365 environments and user account management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment both remotely and on-site
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure technology issues are resolved effectively
- Support the organization’s commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and customer service
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of IT support experience in helpdesk, field services, or a blended support environment
- Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Experience with networking equipment (Ubiquiti, Cisco, etc.) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with security camera systems or access control strongly preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems is strongly preferred
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent experience strongly preferred
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and user/device management strongly preferred
- Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting PC, Mac, and peripheral hardware
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with the ability and willingness to travel locally between locations
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability
