Join Flex as a Performance Marketing Manager and spearhead our paid marketing initiatives across various digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who combines a passion for data-driven marketing with hands-on experience in paid campaign management, including search and social media advertising.
Responsibilities:
- Paid Campaign Leadership: Take charge of our paid campaigns, managing budgets and campaigns across Google, Facebook, Bing, Criteo, and other platforms. Develop, execute, monitor, and optimize all paid marketing efforts to ensure maximum ROI.
- Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize analytics to drive decisions, creating and maintaining dashboards that offer insightful analysis of campaigns, marketing funnel metrics, and direct impact on our business goals.
- Comprehensive Metrics Proficiency: Skilled in understanding and analyzing a wide range of marketing metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Quality Scores, Impressions, and Click-Through Rate (CTR). Utilize this expertise to effectively optimize campaigns and proactively refine strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between marketing and analytics teams, ensuring cohesive and informed strategies that leverage company-wide data and insights.
- Creative and Testing: Lead the creative process for marketing campaigns and perform rigorous A/B testing across ads, images, content, and landing pages to continuously refine our approach based on data-driven insights.
- Process Optimization: Streamline marketing processes through the integration of marketing technologies and tools. Ensure that marketing systems and workflows are aligned to business goals, maximizing efficiency and ROI.
- Vendor and Platform Management: Manage relationships with all platform vendors and oversee the use of marketing technologies to enhance campaign performance. Ensure alignment between internal stakeholders, external partners and key objectives.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Create an environment of continuous improvement, staying ahead of marketing trends and integrating new strategies and technologies to keep our marketing efforts cutting-edge.
- Marketing Technology Knowledge: Collaborate with the MarTech team to evaluate, select, and manage marketing technology stacks that support the automation and scalability of marketing campaigns.
- Team Development and Support: Support team members on best practices in paid marketing and the use of analytics and advertising tools.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field is required.
- Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in directly managing paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools like Amplitude and Sigma, along with experience in platforms such as Iterable and HubSpot.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and effectively balance budget constraints.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary, with the capability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Candidates must be able to work independently and make key strategic decisions.

The salary compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. The base salary pay range will be $115,000 -$125,000
