Regional Partner Manager
The Regional Partner Manager (RPM) serves as a dedicated channel resource responsible for driving revenue growth through an assigned portfolio of channel partners, including agents, VARs, resellers, and consultants, within a designated territory.
This role is accountable for recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and managing regional partners, while fostering strong relationships that drive mutual business success.
The RPM oversees the day-to-day operational management of partner accounts and collaborates closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to accelerate partner engagement, pipeline development, and revenue generation.
This role will support the upper Midwest Central region.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Develop and execute the overall Partner Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the region to meet and exceed channel sales quotas and business objectives.
- Manage and expand existing partner relationships to drive incremental channel revenue growth.
- Prospect, qualify, recruit, and onboard new regional channel partners on an ongoing basis.
- Manage channel pipeline, forecasting, and partner KPIs to monitor and improve overall channel performance.
- Develop and execute business plans with strategic and key partner accounts.
- Build strong relationships and drive alignment between partners and Flexential's direct sales organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner account information within Salesforce.com.
- Increase Flexential brand awareness and mindshare within the partner community through networking, industry events, and partner enablement initiatives.
- Drive adoption of channel programs, processes, and best practices among partners within the assigned territory.
- Educate and enable partners on Flexential's products, services, and value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with Channel Marketing to develop and execute partner-focused marketing campaigns, promotions, and regional events.
- Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within partner organizations.
- Proactively manage and mitigate potential channel conflicts through effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in channel sales management within the IT, telecommunications, cloud, data center, or technology services industry.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas and delivering strong business results.
- Proven experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing successful channel partner relationships.
- Strong partner management, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience utilizing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com, to manage partner relationships, pipeline, and forecasting activities.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships across all organizational levels, including executives, sales teams, and engineers.
- Exceptional time management, organization, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and continuously evolving business environment.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a strong competitive drive and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Demonstrated professionalism, business acumen, integrity, and sound judgment in all interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred candidate location: Ohio or Minnesota
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Moderate or advanced keyboard usage.
- Travel 50% of the time.

Compensation
Base Pay Range: The annual range offered for this position is estimated to be $135,000 - $150,000. However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate's experience, location, and qualifications.
Variable Pay: This role is eligible for commission. The expected annual commission target is $84,000 based on achievement of targets and other performance indicators.
