Customer Content Marketing

New York

TITLE: Customer Content Marketer

REPORTING TO: CMO

LOCATION: Williamsburg, BK (Onsite Monday - Friday)

Who The Flip Is Flip?

Ever call your local taxi company, healthcare provider, or favorite eCommerce brand, and have a crazy good Voice AI answer? That’s Flip. Hundreds of brands from Brooklinen, Princess Polly, and Hexclad Cookware, to Tory Burch, Belk and the NFL trust Flip to have millions of phone calls with their customers every year.

We’ve built our company on the idea that the best way to grow is to have a reference list as long as our customer list, and a constant belief that the team is the best thing we’ve built. Both are true today and increasingly so every day.

Many on our team would tell you this is their favorite place they’ve ever worked, and the hardest they’ve ever worked. It’s ideal for people who want to go all-in, do the work, ride the roller coaster, and have a great Flippin time doing it. We’re a small and mighty team of 50 today with offices in NYC, LA, and the UK.

What You’ll Do

Every brand to large enterprise businesses are looking to be an “AI innovator.” They want to say they’re using the most cutting edge technology, that is improving their bottom line, getting them closer to their customer, and driving real time cross-organizational impact. These are metrics that they have to meet and Flip delivers that to our customers everyday across our three verticals. In this role you will be the one telling the customer’s story - what their pain point was, why they implemented Voice AI for customer or patient experience, and how Flip is driving real time results on each and every call.

We’re on the hunt for a person who is organized, a story teller, and a content creator. The initial focus of the content you will be creating is compelling case studies that celebrate our amazing customers and team. You’ll be telling real stories that highlight the impact Flip makes on a company's business. You’ll need to turn the information provided on a case study sheet and video interviews into social clips, longer-form video, written case studies, and presentation slides to show the world how Customer Experience people use Flip to automate the routine calls so they can focus on the more human work.

  • Produce and publish a compelling piece of content every week. The focus will be case studies allowing either our eCom/Retail or Healthcare customers to tell their story on the impact of using Flip for voice automation
  • Create engaging, high-quality videos that feature customers and their Flip experiences and its impact on their business
  • Edit, cut, and polish footage into scroll-stopping content for LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and our website
  • Collaborate with our marketing, sales, and customer support teams to capture authentic stories
  • Experiment with formats, trends, and ideas to keep our content fresh and Flippin’ exciting
  • Create content about Flip events, initiatives, and insights to engage with our audiences on multiple channels including website, CRM, presentations, and social channels
  • Write compelling copy for case studies and posts, and help with simple visual design when needed
  • We don’t do boring content here at Flip - you’ll need to be able to make case studies people want to watch or read. Not the same old thing every other brand puts out there

Skillset

  • A knack for storytelling and connecting with people - you care about the impact
  • Proven video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or your favorite magic tool)
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
  • An eye for what makes content pop online across core social platforms
  • An ability to organize information, templatize assets where appropriate, and create work flows to ensure efficiency
  • Works quickly and puts ego aside
  • Eagerness to use AI tools and use them to complement your creativity
  • A genuine love for people, creativity, and capturing good vibes
  • Know what it looks like to work at a startup, and have an entrepreneurial drive

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
