About the Opportunity

You will be joining a high-energy, global team with a clear vision: make a thriving business within reach of anyone.

We are already a powerhouse in the email space—serving 600k+ verified users and delivering 13+ billion emails/year. But we aren’t stopping there. We are expanding beyond email into a whole suite of marketing tool.

We are looking for Backend Engineers who are problem solvers. Whether you are a strong builder (Mid-level) or a system architect (Senior), we want you to help us build high-scale infrastructure and new AI products from the ground up.

What You Will Do (The Mission)

You will not just "code tasks." You will drive business impact by working on:

• High-Scale Systems: Build and operate backend services that handle 13 billion+ annual events. You will solve difficult technical challenges like speed, data processing, and stability.
• Innovation & AI: Explore, utilize, and release the robust backend for an AI application to build a DIFM (Do it for me) marketing tool.
• APIs & Integrations: Design strong internal and public APIs. You will build integrations with partners like Shopify, Zapier, and WooCommerce.
• Full Ownership: You own your code from idea to release. You will work directly with Product Managers and Designers to decide how features should work.

• Critical Thinking: You think about "what could go wrong." You consider edge cases, database limits, and security before you write code.
• System Design (For Seniors): You understand how to design complex systems (Distributed system, Databases) and can explain your choices clearly. You can design systems that stay fast even when traffic increases by 10x.

Product Mindset

• User Focus: You understand that code is a tool to solve user problems. You care about the quality of the product, not just the quality of the code.
• Curiosity: You ask "Why?" Why are we building this? Is there a simpler way? How does this help the business?

Collaboration

• Ownership: You own your work, learn from mistakes. You don't wait for detailed instructions; you talk to the PM, understand the requirement, and deliver the solution.
• Communication: You can explain technical problems to non-technical people (like Designers or other stakeholders) clearly and respectfully.
